The lipdub is finally DONE!! Check it out guys! It was an absolute blast to film! Thanks to everyone who made it out, and everyone that couldn’t but supported us! 🙂

Excitement for next semester!
Hey UoG Micro! Hope you’ve all had a fantastic semester, and that you’re getting ready to buckle down for the home stretch until winter break! I know I’m looking forward to it for sure!
A few announcements were made at last night’s Micro Club meeting, so here’s what you missed if you couldn’t make it (or here’s a recap if you were there ;] ):
- The CBS is planning on filming a lipdub video to “Walk the Moon” by Anna Sun. They’re looking for a ton of people (yes, that does include you!) to be in the video lip syncing and dancing. Every major in CBS will be taking part, so this is a great opportunity to show your Micro and BSc pride! Filming will commence on January 11th at 3:00 pm. Stay tuned for more details!
- College Royal is coming! That’s right, it’s just about that time of year again, and the Micro Club is looking for some gold! We are planning on getting together early next semester to discuss ideas to submit to the MCB Chair for approval, so stay tuned!
- Dr. Wood will be hosting a graduate school info session early next semester (likely in the 2nd week of January). Whether you’re starting to get serious about applying (fourth and fifth years, do ya feel the heat yet?), or you’re just curious about what it’s all about and how it works, it is a fantastic session to attend!

Micro Club Bake Sale!!
Hi everyone! Hopefully your last few weeks of class are treating you well! 🙂
Next Wednesday (Nov. 30th), the Micro Club will be holding a bake sale! We will be setting up in the foyer of MacKinnon and selling all the delicious baked goods that we have! A time will be posted as soon as we have one set! If you can bake anything, please shoot us a message on the Micro Club Facebook page and we’ll let you know when to have your food there! If you can’t bake anything, make sure to stop by anyways and grab a snack!
